Some images are not displaying with my reviews!

Are you not seeing all the photos that you imported for your reviews? Here are two possible reasons:

1️⃣ The import failed

First, make sure that the import of the reviews went smoothly and that there are no red lines indicating a problem.

2️⃣ Your images are too large

The larger an image is, the longer it will take to load on your online store.

For performance reasons, WideReview will not load your file if it takes longer than 5 seconds because of its size.

The more large images you have on your online store, the longer it will take your store to load, which could drive customers away.

If neither of these solutions solve your problem, please contact customer support!

Provide us with a maximum number of images as well as the CSV file of the reviews.
