How to hide the number of reviews beside the stars under the title

This article will explain how to hide the number posted just to the right of the stars under the title. It represents the number of reviews this product has received.
Here's what we mean:
Let's get started!
Click on Settings.
Click on Rating to open the Mark section.
Uncheck the box beside the Display stars in the reviews checkbox.
Click on Update.
And there you go!
