How to get reviews via e-mail

One of the best ways to get reviews is to ask the client directly via e-mail just after they’ve purchased a product.
Let’s find out how to set this up!
1️⃣ Click on the Emails tab.
2️⃣ Specify when you'd like to send the e-mails.
In the dropdown menu you can select how soon you'd like to send the e-mail and whether you’d like to send the e-mail after the purchase or after shipment.
3️⃣ Modify the sender’s name, the e-mail subject, and the body of the e-mail.
You can use "[order]" to display the order number, using the "#1234” format.
You can use "[first_name]" to display the customer’s first name.
You can use "[last_name]" to display the customer’s last name.
4️⃣ If desired, you can modify the text of the "Leave a review" button that appears in the e-mail.
5️⃣ Enter an e-mail if you wish to receive a response from customers.
6️⃣ You can add your logo (it will be displayed at the bottom of the e-mail).
7️⃣ You can then modify the background and text colors of the "Leave a review” button.
8️⃣ Before saving your work, you can see a preview of the e-mail by directly sending yourself a preview e-mail from the dashboard.
9️⃣ Add a promo code.
From the dropdown menu, select the condition under which the recipient will receive a promo code:
For all reviews
Only for a review with an image
Only for a review with a video
Add your promo code and the text that will appear in the pop-up to notify the customer.
Because we’re sending the customer an e-mail, they must also have the option to unsubscribe. You can modify the following:
The text for the “Unsubscribe” button and the confirmation message.
The text for the “Resubscribe” button and the confirmation message.
And there you go!
Now you can send e-mails to customers and ask them to provide a review!

Modify the unsubscribe message
Because we’re sending the customer an e-mail, they must also have the option to unsubscribe. You can modify the following:

Don’t forget to activate the e-mail system at the top of the page
And there you go!
Now you can send e-mails to customers and ask them to provide a review!
