How to duplicate reviews from one product to another product

In this tutorial, you’ll learn how to duplicate the reviews for one product to another product.

This can be useful if a review is for the wrong product or if you want to create another, identical product.

Let's get started!

1️⃣ Export the product’s reviews

Open WideReview and display the products for which there are reviews.



Click on Manage to display the product reviews that you'd like to duplicate.



Click on Export all the reviews.

2️⃣ Import the reviews to Google Sheets and modify the product attributed to these reviews

Create a new Google Sheets document.



Click on File > Import.



Click on Upload and drag or select the file you just exported.



Click on Import data.



Replace the handle in the first column with the handle of the product for which you wish to duplicate the reviews. (How to find your product handle)



Make sure to replace each line (except the first one, which has the column headers).

3️⃣ Reimport your reviews

Click on File > Download > Comma Separated Values (.csv).



Return to WideReview and click on Import reviews.



Click on Import CSV file in the first window.



Select the file you downloaded earlier from Google Sheets.



All your reviews have been added to the new product!
