How to create employee access to your Shopify online store

To help you fix certain issues, we might need to access your online store. This tutorial shows you how to do this.
In your online store, click on Settings, located to the bottom left.
Click on Users and permissions.
Click on Add staff.
Add a first name, the e-mail address, and check the Select all checkbox.
Click on Send invite, located in the bottom left.
And there you go! We’ll get the invite and will be able to help you resolve your issue!
