The mini carousel is not displaying under the "Add to cart" button

It is possible that the mini carousel is not displaying under your “Add to cart” button. Let’s take a look at some of the possible reasons.

1. Let WideReview run a check-up of your theme

Sometimes, there are modifications to a theme and WideReview needs to re-add the codes required for proper operation.

Open WideReview.
Wait 30 seconds, which is how long it takes for WideReview to run a check-up.
See if the reviews have reappeared.

Make sure that you correctly activated this functionality.

Click on Settings.
Select General.
Last but not least, check whether the mini carousel has been activated by making sure the checkbox beside Show carousel below add to cart has been checked.

3. Make sure that you have reviews

The mini carousel will not appear below the “Add to cart” button for a product unless there are reviews for this product.

You will not be able to post reviews for a product under another product.

Open WideReview.
Scroll to the bottom of the homepage.
Look for the title of the product for which you’d like the mini carousel to appear under the “Add to cart” button.
If you can't see it there, this means that there are no reviews for that product.

4. Contact customer support

Still can't figure out what the issue is?

Contact our customer support by using the chat functionality in the app and provide them with the link to the page for which the mini carousel is not displaying.
