Stars are not displaying on the collections pages

Wide Hello!

It’s possible that the stars are not displaying on your collections pages. Let’s have a look at some of the possible reasons.

1. Let WideReview run a check-up of your theme

Sometimes, there are modifications to a theme and WideReview needs to re-add the codes required for proper operation.

Open WideReview.
Wait 30 seconds, which is the time it takes for WideReview to run a check-up.
See if the stars have reappeared.

2. Check whether the stars have been activated

Make sure that you correctly activated this functionality.

Click on Settings.
Select General.
Check whether the stars have been activated. If not, click on the checkbox beside Show stars below title.

3. Make sure that you have reviews

Stars will not display on your collections pages if you have no product reviews.

Open WideReview.
Scroll to the bottom of the homepage.
Look for the title of the product for which you’d like to display stars on the collections page.
If you can't see it there, this means that there are no reviews for that product.

4. Contact customer support

Still can't figure out what the issue is?

Contact our customer support by using the chat functionality in the app and provide them with the link to the page for which no stars are displaying.
