# How to find your product ID or handle

**Wide Hello!** 

This tutorial will show you how to find your product’s handle or ID.

This can be helpful if you want to import reviews as a CSV file.

Information tidbit: On the odd occasion, WideReview will not find your product with the handle when you import a review.

This is particularly the case when you have emojis or special characters in your handle.

In this case, you have to use the product ID in the CSV file, but it’s not complicated!

Here’s how: 

## Find the ID

**Open your products** in Shopify and **select the product** whose handle or ID you’d like to find.

You product ID is a unique number that identifies your product.

You’ll find it at the very top of your page, at the end of the URL of the product page, just after "/product/".

## Find the handle

**Open your products** in Shopify and **select the product** whose handle or ID you’d like to find.

Scroll to the **bottom of the page** and click on **Edit website SEO **.

The handle is the last word of the URL. **Copy it**.
