# How to create employee access to your Shopify online store

**Wide Hello!**

To help you fix certain issues, we might need to access your online store. This tutorial shows you how to do this.

* In your online store, click on **Settings**, located to the bottom left.

* Click on **Users and permissions**.

* Click on **Add staff**.

* Add a first name, the e-mail address, and check the _Select all_ checkbox.

* Click on **Send invite**, located in the bottom left.

And there you go! We’ll get the invite and will be able to help you resolve your issue!
