# How to change the design of the review form

**Wide Hello!**

This tutorial will show you how to edit the design of the form that opens up when a client wants to leave a review.

Let's get started!

* Click on **Settings** in WideReview, then on **Review form**.

Here you’ll find every single setting you’ll ever need to modify the design.

To the right you’ll see the "Leave a review" button, which will give you a preview of the form.

If you scroll down and click on the underlined text, you will see a preview of the form after having published the review.
